This is a one-time requirement. If you have attended a fundraising meeting in the past, you are not required to attend a second time.  If you want to go on a mission trip and have not received this training, plan to attend one of two meetings scheduled on February 26 at 4:00pm in the Choir Room, or on March 21 at 6:15pm R209.  To register, contact Diane McGee at 704-847-8575 or email dianem@carmelbaptist.org.

Carmel Family Church Directory
We are excited to announce the availability of an online church directory for the Carmel Family.  When you need contact information for a fellow Carmel Family member you can easily find it on the web or through a mobile app. (And we have a new church directory on paper, too!) The online source, AccessACS, is a secure, web-based companion to our church database (ACS) that allows registrants to access information through the web and from mobile devices. The church directory is available on a secure server with password protection. To register to use the Carmel Family Church Directory online, follow the link at www.carmelleader.org.  Once you have an AccessACS username and password, you can use it to log in on the web or the AccessACS smartphone app called "ACS Church Life." A paper copy of the directory is available in the Carmel Media Center for $3.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
How Can I Help?
Joining God in Doing His Work
Serving others in our world and our church is one expression of our worship of the One who is worthy. Where will you serve? Will you join the teams serving people locally and globally through missions? We also need those who will serve at Carmel. We need workers daily in the GAP Team at the Welcome Center. Each Sunday we need Greeters and FrontLine parking assistants, as well as leaders in our preschool, children’s and student ministries. Ushers are needed in all worship services, especially at 11:00am. All generations are welcome to serve on the Usher Team. And the list goes on. Learn more about how you can SERVE
here then follow the link to the SERVE form volunteer to serve. Here are a few areas of immediate need:

Welcome Desk Volunteers and Greeters
Can you serve as a Greeter or Welcome Desk Volunteer? Our Greeters & Welcome Desk Greeters work together to identify our first time guests, make them feel welcome, and to provide them information about Carmel. If you would like to serve on this ministry team, please email Kris Shields at
kriss@carmelbaptist.org or call 704-847-8575.

FrontLine
Join the FrontLine Ministry Team to welcome and assist guests and members as they drive into the parking lots at Carmel on Sunday mornings. More team members are needed! Team members serve on a rotation schedule. To learn more about serving on FrontLine, call Richard Bruce, FrontLine Team Leader, at 704-543-7296.

GAP (Greet And Protect) Team
This team staffs the Welcome Center at the front entrance on weekdays to greet and assist guests entering our building. If you can serve in a four hour block on weekdays, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, contact Bob Pressley at 704-882-7407, or Tim Wishon at
timw@carmelbaptist.org.

How can I get a copy of that sermon?
